You need to enter opt number to register but when I get a text after one day, the number doesnt even work! Have been trying more than ten times and still cant register! What a stupid app!!

Ive been to USA , Europe, but never seen a city with taxi app except AD! really great service ... and to those who says no 056, I have 056 number and I registered,. click on 050 to change it.

I have a 056 number and all you have to do to change it from a 050 to a 056 is just tap on the 050 when you are registering. And it will let you scroll through to find your area code number.

After putting my number it says that its sending me an SMS with and OTP and it doesnt send a message. My number is written right. Would like to use this useful app though.

When I tried to register the OTP was never received. . I tried twice today.

I like the idea but havent tried the app yet, I was wondering if I can choose my taxis gender next update, thank you.

This app was working perfectly well at first. But, now whenever I open it. There seems to be some-kind of error loading the map

If you need a taxi this is the app for you. On time friendly service.

Every time I open the app a message pops up saying its unable to load the map and to check my internet connection. Even if I have connection its repeats the message.

A few glitches like not always able to locate map, but otherwise great. Gives me taxis car reg so I know if its the correct one and eta. Well done!!!

I opened the application, got greeted by the registration page, entered my details, verified the OTP via SMS all good so far until "Failed to load map" keeps on popping up infinitely right when I open the map, not allowing me to use or do anything in the app.

The good thing about it is that you can easily call a taxi but the problem is that when I cancelled by booking, the taxi still called me. Maybe a verification or not? But it is good that AD made this app. Well done.

So, if youre a visitor here with a mobile phone from outside the UAE, and want to use a cab, you cant use this app. So, you are not a desired customer of this service. Weak.

Quite possible the buggiest app Ive ever downloaded from the App Store. Ever heard of testing??

I would like to complain about the method in which the driver locates me, the passenger. Each time I book a taxi I have to spend around 10 minutes explaining where I am. I live in a place where there are no nearby landmarks making it quite hard for the taxi to know where I am. The app is not useful as the driver(usually) does not have a gps and cannot just use a gps to locate me. Also the app updates the location of the driver very slowly making it hard for me to simply tell the driver where to turn.
